Overview

The 16th Charter Revision Commission members were appointed on February 3, 2003 by the 26th Board of Representatives, per Resolution No. 2789. At the same time, the 26th Board of Representatives issued its charge to the Commission per Resolution No. 2791 and appointed the members per Resolution No. 2790.

The Commission will hold two public hearings. The first public hearing was held on April 29, 2003 at the Government Center. The second public hearing will be scheduled later in the year.

Members

There are 15 members of the Commission. The Chair of the Commission is Richard Lyons; the Vice Chair is Vincent Freccia.
