Official Communications

This is where you may obtain all communications pertaining to official Board of Representatives business.  Please see the Board's Policy on communications.

Letters to the Board provides access to recently-received communications, categorized by subject matter.  (When the material is no longer current, it is permanently accessible through the Document Archive.)

The Weekly Summary provides a recap of all updates to the website for each of the last three weeks (ending on a Thursday).  This recap includes all committee reports; agendas and minutes for boards, authorities and commissions; invitations and news items.

All communications that are not associated with an agenda item or that are not permanently archived on a calendar (e.g., committee reports, boards, authorities & commissions minutes, etc.) are permanently accessible through the Document Archive.
