NOTE THAT AS A RESULT OF THE 2022 REDISTRICTING, 2024 ELECTION, THE MUNICIPAL VOTING DISTRICTS FOR THE 2024 ELECTION HAVE CHANGED.
Effective June 25, 2022. * * Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if, prior to November 4, 2025, any elected official shall die, resign, be removed, cease to be a resident of the district from which they were elected, or otherwise become disqualified to hold office, so that such office shall become vacant and a successor shall be elected by the Board of Representatives under Section C1-80-2 of the City of Stamford Charter, any successor shall be chosen from the voting district of such elected official as it existed on November 2, 2021.
