Agendas & Minutes The HCD-SS Committee has primary responsibility for allocating and approving annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds. In addition, the HCD-SS Committee: Provides on-going review of CDBG funds and approval of adjustments to budget, as necessary Oversees city’s affordable housing initiatives and recommend ordinances relating to same Monitors Hope VI grants Acts as liaison between the City and Stamford Housing Authority, New Neighborhoods and other affordable housing entities Allocates and approves annual Neighborhood Assistance Act grant funds.
